Get help

Write to hallo@kflow.one. To help us find the cause quickly, please include:

  • your Odoo version (17, 18 or 19) and how it is hosted (self-hosted, Odoo.sh or Odoo Online),
  • your device and its operating system version (for example MacBook Air with macOS 26, or iPhone with iOS 26),
  • what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.

Please do not send passwords.

Requirements

  • Odoo 17, 18 or 19: self-hosted or Odoo.sh. Odoo Online works on the Custom plan.
  • macOS 26 or later for the Mac app. iOS 26 or later for the iPhone and iPad apps.
  • The free Klarflow module installed in your Odoo.

For IT administrators

The Mac and the iPhone and iPad apps read settings that your MDM pushes. Users open the app and sign in with nothing to type or get wrong. Without a managed configuration, nothing is restricted.

What you can preset

  • the Odoo server and database, and whether users may change them,
  • how users sign in: Odoo login and password, company login (single sign-on, two-factor, passkeys) or both,
  • which features are hidden,
  • on iPhone and iPad: the home screen and tabs users start with, and the monthly sales target,
  • whether Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode is required before the app shows data.

Supported MDM systems

Jamf, Intune, Kandji and Mosyle, and other systems that can deliver an Apple app configuration (iPhone and iPad) or a custom configuration profile (Mac).

  • iPhone and iPad: Managed App Configuration (AppConfig) for the app, assigned as a managed app.
  • Mac: a configuration profile with a custom settings payload for the preference domain one.oit.companion.mac. Only values the profile forces count.
