This notice covers this website, kflow.one, only. The Klarflow apps have their own privacy information, which will be published together with the apps.

- This website is fully self-hosted. Your browser makes no requests to other servers.
- No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no embedded social media.
- One cookie, only if you click the language switch.
- Server logs are kept for 14 days, with the IP address shortened.

Hosting
The website runs on a server operated for OIT.One at an EU hosting provider: [name and location of the hosting provider]. Fonts, scripts, images and the promo video are all served from this server. No content delivery network and no third-party service is used.
Server log files
When you visit the website, our web server logs each request. The log contains:
- date and time of the request,
- the requested address,
- the status code and the size of the response,
- the referrer (the page you came from, if your browser sends it),
- your browser identification (user agent),
- your IP address with its last part removed. The shortening happens before anything is stored.
We use the logs to operate and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website). Log entries are deleted after 14 days.
Language selection
When you open the home address of the website only, the server chooses German or English for you. It uses the language setting of your browser and the country of your IP address. The country is looked up in a database (DB-IP Country Lite) that is stored on our own server. No data is sent to DB-IP or to anyone else, and the IP address is not stored for this purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in showing the site in a suitable language). Other pages do not do this.
Cookies
The website sets one cookie, and only when you click the language switch:

It is a first-party cookie and is used for nothing else. It is strictly necessary to provide the function you asked for (section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG), so no consent banner is needed. The website uses no other cookies and no local storage.
Contact by email
If you write to hallo@kflow.one, we process your message and your email address to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your message concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries). We delete the message when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods require us to keep it.
Video
The promo video is served from our own server. It does not contact any other provider.
Links to other websites
The footer links to oit.one and db-ip.com. These are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those sites when you visit our pages. If you follow a link, the privacy notice of that site applies.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification (Art. 16),
- erasure (Art. 17),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18),
- data portability (Art. 20),
- object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21).
To use these rights, write to hallo@kflow.one. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement took place.

We update this notice when the website changes. The current version is always on this page.
